The goal is to transform a drab and outdated house into a sleek and stylish home for a family of four, using only mint green as the main color scheme. Sounds easy, right Well, there's a catch: you have to do it in under an hour!
This challenge was inspired by the YouTube video "MINT MODERN FAMILY HOME // The Sims 4: Speed Renovation" by Simmer Erin, who managed to complete this impressive makeover in just 58 minutes. You can watch her video here: https://www.youtube.com/watchv=9wQl3nqNf9w
If you want to try this challenge yourself, here are the rules:
You have to use the same house as Simmer Erin, which is the "Not So Berry" house in Willow Creek. You can find it in the gallery by searching for "Not So Berry" or by using the hashtag #notsoberry.
You have to keep the original layout of the house, but you can change the wallpaper, flooring, windows, doors, furniture, decorations, etc. as long as they are mint green or match the color scheme.
You have to furnish the house for a family of four: two parents and two children (one boy and one girl). You can choose their ages, names, personalities, etc. as you wish.
You have to set a timer for 60 minutes and try to finish the renovation before the time runs out. You can pause the game if you need to take a break, but you can't cheat or use mods.
When you're done, take screenshots of your mint modern family home and share them on social media with the hashtag #mintmodernfamilyhome. You can also upload your house to the gallery for others to see and download.

Mix and match different shades of mint green to create contrast and depth. You can also use white, black, gray, or other neutral colors to balance out the mint green.
