I've bought plenty of games from G2A and I've never had a problem with them. I've never bought skins though because they go through another external site. The game keys go through G2A so maybe you need to find out what happened through BitSkins.
Honestly dude you just need to have patience and try and work it out with their support. You most likely didn't get scammed it was most likely just an error with the network or something. Why not just buy a Steam card and buy skins through steam so you don't have to worry about this kind of issue next time
